Registered Manager
Sophie Campbell is the dedicated Registered Manager (or Manageress) at Offmore Farm Residential Home. Her commitment to the residents and the home’s ethos of person-centred care is exemplified by her own career journey, having worked for the same company, Care First (UK) Ltd, since 2005. Sophie’s profound understanding of the home’s operations and compassionate delivery of care comes from working her way up through the ranks, starting as a Kitchen Assistant, progressing to a Senior Carer, and eventually achieving the role of Registered Manager. This wealth of practical experience ensures that Sophie leads her team in providing a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment where every resident can lead a full and independent life.
Maria Thomas
Deputy Manager
Maria Thomas is the dedicated Deputy Manager at Offmore Farm Residential Home. Maria transitioned into the care sector in 2006/2007, bringing valuable management and organisational skills honed in her previous career as a Sales Manager for a hotel. Working closely with the Registered Manager, she is committed to upholding the highest standards and ensuring the home provides a nurturing and inviting environment. Maria’s focus is on person-centred care, mentoring the team, and ensuring residents feel valued and supported to lead full and independent lives with choice.
Gwyneth Pugh
Activities Coordinator
Gwyneth Pugh is the dedicated Activities Co-ordinator at Offmore Farm Residential Home. She plays a vital role in ensuring every resident has the opportunity to lead a full and independent life by creating a stimulating and person-centred activities programme. Gwyneth’s passion is bringing joy and variety to the residents, which includes booking singers and bands for entertainment and organising lively schedules to celebrate all yearly events, from festive seasons to seasonal parties. Her commitment is to foster a supportive, fun, and engaging environment that promotes well-being and companionship for everyone at Offmore Farm.
