Speak to Our Care Team
Our professional team welcome enquiries from family members who are just starting out on their discovery of residential care homes in Worcestershire. We welcome enquiries by phone or by email if you prefer.
Visit Offmore Farm
Come and experience the warm Offmore welcome for yourselves by arranging a tour of the home. Our Care Manager will be happy to take you around, show you the bedrooms and communal areas, and introduce you to residents and other care staff.
Create the Bespoke Care Plan
Once you have completed the first steps, we arrange for a formal meeting to take place where contracts and Care Plans are finalised. We encourage maximum choice for new residents and want them to be as involved as possible in their plan, but we also welcome input from your GP and other carers too.
