Does Offmore Farm do their own care assessments?
Yes, every resident has a pre-assessment before joining our home. This helps us make sure we can meet their needs and put the right care in place from day one. It also gives families peace of mind, knowing their loved one’s care will be tailored to them and provided by our supportive, qualified team. Please note, we’re not able to carry out dementia assessments.
What approach is taken toward personalised care planning?
