Free support including post‑diagnosis guidance, social groups, assistive technology advice, benefit checks, and wellbeing support. You’re allocated a dedicated worker for up to a year post‑diagnosis.
Hosted monthly at Kidderminster Evangelical Church (3rd Friday, 10:30 am–12:30 pm). A welcoming space for people with dementia and carers to socialise and access information.
Held weekly on Tuesdays (1–2:30 pm) at Trinity Methodist Church, Kidderminster. Group singing sessions to boost mood, brain activity, and social connection.

Does Offmore Farm do their own care assessments?
Yes, every resident has a pre-assessment before joining our home. This helps us make sure we can meet their needs and put the right care in place from day one. It also gives families peace of mind, knowing their loved one’s care will be tailored to them and provided by our supportive, qualified team. Please note, we’re not able to carry out dementia assessments.
Does Offmore Farm take people living with dementia?
Yes. We care for people living with dementia as well as mental health conditions, physical disability, stroke, and Parkinson’s Disease.
